Associate Polarity Practitioner Training (APP)

The Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP) Program is the foundational level of professional training at the New England Polarity Therapy Institute (NEPTI).
Designed for aspiring practitioners and healthcare professionals seeking a comprehensive understanding of the human energy system, this immersive program integrates the timeless principles of Polarity Therapy with contemporary perspectives in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, therapeutic presence, and introductory craniosacral concepts.
Through a balance of lecture, demonstration, experiential learning, and supervised clinical practice, students develop the knowledge, hands-on skills, and professional confidence to begin offering safe, effective, client-centered Polarity Therapy sessions. Throughout the program, students learn to assess energetic patterns, cultivate therapeutic presence, understand the relationship between structure and function, and facilitate the body’s innate capacity for balance and self-regulation.
The curriculum explores the energetic anatomy of the human body through Dr. Randolph Stone’s principles, including the Five Elements, energetic currents, reflexive relationships, and the dynamic interplay between body, mind, and spirit.
Students are introduced to fundamental concepts of anatomy and physiology, trauma-informed communication, ethics, professional boundaries, clinical documentation, and practitioner self-care while developing competency in foundational Polarity Therapy protocols.
An introduction to craniosacral awareness, fascial relationships, and nervous system regulation provides students with an expanded clinical framework that bridges traditional energetic principles with modern understandings of the body.
Students also participate in supervised practice sessions and community clinical practicums, allowing them to integrate classroom learning into meaningful therapeutic experiences while receiving individualized faculty mentorship and feedback.
Upon successful completion of the Associate Polarity Practitioner Program, graduates will have established a strong professional foundation in Polarity Therapy and will be prepared to begin offering foundational sessions, continue developing their clinical skills, and pursue advanced study toward the Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP) designation.
