This 4 day immersion course is appropriate for those who are completely new to energy work, those who are looking to expand an existing practice, and those pursuing a professional career in bodywork + energy work.
Upon completion of this 80 hour course, students will be comfortable providing a 90 minute session to any person in any state of health.

Craniosacral Therapy - Level 1
Weekends of June 6th/7th & June 20th/21st
This 4 day immersion course is appropriate for those who are completely new to energy work, those who are looking to expand an existing practice, and those pursuing a professional career in bodywork + energy work.
Upon completion of this 80 hour course, students will be comfortable providing a 90 minute session.

Polarity Therapy - Level 2 Training

Advanced Foundations of the Human Energy System
Polarity Therapy Level 2 is an 80-hour training designed for students who are ready to deepen their understanding of the Human Energy System through more refined theory, assessment, and hands-on application.
Building upon the foundational principles of Polarity Therapy and the Five Element framework, this course moves beyond general balancing to explore more precise access points, elemental relationships, and catered therapeutic manipulations. While Level 1 focuses on broad, general holds to support overall energetic balance, Level 2 trains practitioners to work with greater specificity, intentionality, and clinical awareness.
Students will dive deeper into the anatomy and physiology of the human energy field, including energetic currents, elemental dynamics, and polarity relationships as they manifest in physical structure, emotional patterns, and mental states. Emphasis is placed on assessment skills—learning how to read the body, energy flow, and elemental imbalances in order to select appropriate contact points and sequences tailored to each individual client.
This course introduces more targeted polarity contacts and manipulations, teaching practitioners how to adapt sessions to meet specific needs while remaining rooted in the core philosophy and safety of Polarity Therapy. Students will also continue to develop presence, listening skills, and practitioner neutrality, strengthening their ability to hold a grounded and responsive therapeutic container.
In this course, students will:
* Deepen their understanding of the Human Energy System through the lens of Polarity Therapy
* Expand and refine Five Element theory and its practical application
* Learn advanced energetic access points and polarity relationships
* Develop assessment skills to identify energetic and elemental imbalances
* Practice more catered polarity manipulations
*Strengthen clinical reasoning and session flow beyond general balancing
*Build confidence in offering individualized Polarity Therapy sessions
