  • Craniosacral Therapy -Level 1 Training

    April 6th + 7th and April 20th + 21st

    Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on modality which focuses on the bones of the skull, the spine, the sacrum, the coccyx, and the tissues and fluids associated with this central channel.

    During this 4 day immersive training, students will learn:

    *History, Anatomy + Theory of CST

    *Indications for Palpation

    *Basic Cradling

    *Balancing the Sacrum

    *Palpating CS Rhythm

    *How to Work with the Sutures

    *Anatomy of the Dural Membrane

    *How to Free the Dural Membranes

    *Basics of the Dural Tube

    *Honing of Practitioner Skills

    The cost of this course is $1500. A non-refundable deposit to secure your seat + course materials will be required by March 6th.

  • Polarity Therapy - Level 1 Training

    Dates emerging for Fall 2024

    This 4 day course is an excellent introduction to hands-on bodywork and energetic theory.

    It is appropriate for those who are completely new to energy work, those who are looking to expand an existing practice, and those pursuing a professional career in Polarity Therapy.

    Upon completion of this 80 hour course, students will be comfortable providing a 90 minute session.

    Level 1 Training includes:

    *Introduction to Entrainment

    *Introduction to the Human Energy System

    *Basic Elemental Theory

    *Basic Anatomy + Physiology

    *Principles of Energy

    * Introductory Cleansing Protocols

    *Hands-on Application if Polarity Therapy
